Shipping Time

Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

Licenses for downloaded products will be available within 24 hours of payment verification.

If you selected U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and live in the continental United States, allow 2-3 working days for your package to arrive. See below for shipping & handling options and costs.

If you ordered more than one product, they are not always shipped in the same box. Check the packing slip that arrives with your package before calling us. If the product is currently unavailable, you will be notified via email.

International Shipments

All International orders are shipped using USPS Express International requiring 8-10 business days for delivery. All pricing and delivery charges are in U.S. dollars. We are not able to ship our merchandise to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea or Sudan.


Prices do not include duties, tariffs or value-added taxes which may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Check your local customs office for more details.

At PracticalAct, we want to make online shopping as easy as possible. This includes returning a product. All Manufacturers return policies are honored. Beyond that, there is a different return procedure depending on how your product was delivered, via download or shipped by surface carrier. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the product purchase. These procedures are explained below. Only UNOPENED products will be accepted for credit if your product was delivered to you by surface carrier.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. All returned products are subject to a 10% return fee. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Note that our returns center cannot process exchanges.

If you have found another item in our store that you would rather have than the one you have received, you must place a separate order for the new item and return the item that you already have.

Returning Shipped Products

1. Only unopened products will be accepted for return.
2. Include in the return package the packing slip that you received and a brief explanation of why you are returning it.
3. Ship the package to:

4. Use delivery confirmation when you ship the package so it can be tracked.
5. After receiving your package and processing the credit, you will be emailed a receipt.

Returning Downloaded Products

Products that have a free trial cannot be returned once a license is issued.

You will need to find the email confirmation that you received when placing your order (

You will be creating three screen shots using the Print Screen key [ALT-Print Screen] on your keyboard.
To do this, press and hold down the ALT key and then Print Screen key (upper right on your keyboard). Then you will be ?pasting? the screen shot onto a blank Word document by pressing [Ctrl-v]. Here are the steps for printing these three screen shots that will show that you have removed the product from your computer.
1. Open a new Word document. Minimize the screen.
2. Find the program folder (this is the folder that contains the product you purchased) in your list of Program files. In that folder, click on 'Uninstall'. After the uninstall is complete, do a Print Screen [Alt-Print Screen]. Open your blank Word document and copy the screen on to the document [Ctrl-v].

If the program folder does not have an uninstall option:
1. Open your Control Panel. On the Control Panel you will see Add/Remove Programs. Find the program that you wish to return, highlight it and click on Change/Remove or Remove in the upper right portion of the screen.
2. Once the program has been removed, you will see that it no longer appears on the program list. Scroll to where it was in the alphabetical lineup of your programs, and do a Print Screen [Alt-Print Screen] as explained above.
3. Open your blank Word document. Print the screen on to the document.

Next you will need to find the downloaded executable or zip file on your computer and show us that you have removed it.
1. Go to the email confirmation that you received from us ( upon placing your order. You will see the File Name next to the item ordered.
2. Do a search on your computer and find this file.
3. Delete the file.
4. Open your Recycle Bin. Do a Print Screen. Add the Recycle Bin screen shot to your Word document.
5. Empty your Recycle Bin. Do your final Print Screen of the empty Recycle Bin and add it to your Word document.
6. Save the document and name it: '(OrderID)?Return.doc'.
7. Attach this document to the email confirmation that you received when you placed your order and reply to: or fax to: (480)302-5894.
8. After receiving this document and processing the credit, you will be emailed a receipt.
